Help me get a PC for Art & School

Hi! I'm Jade and a student trudging on the last year of my schooling.

My laptop died unexpectedly and i can't replace it on my own. I'm living off my savings from when i was working part-time. I don't now, 'cause my schedule don't allow it. I can't loan off the needed amount from friends and family either because the softwares i use for school (graphic design, gis and rs stuff) means that the specs of the mobile PC i needed makes it expensive.

Please help?
