Kitesurfing for Life against Depression/Suicide

Kitesurfing is my life and my passion, its what I do. I have spent a lifetime working as a therapist helping people,I have been a clinical hypnotherapist for the last 10 years, however my passion and love is kitesurfing. I kite whenever I can and Im extremely blessed to be able to do so.My kite surfing business is called Rush Kitesurfing. Last year whilst out kiting I would see the RNLI or Coast Guard helicopter out in Galway Bay and always a day later or so you would hear via social media or newspapers that someone had committed suicide and jumped into the river. Last year it happened almost every week, I would always see the helicopter out and would feel very sad that another teenager and families lives were being devastated again. I would love nothing more than to help a teenager or young adults every week or fortnight, or every single day if I could, to learn the wonderful exhilarating freedom and extreme sport of Kitesurfing. There is no sport on the planet that is as addictive as kitesurfing. By teaching these youngsters how to kite they will focus on their newly learned skills and have new positive goals in life. Healthy living means a healthy mind and vice versa.At least I know that when I'm out teaching and when I see the dreaded helicopter at least I know the person Im working with is focussed on a more positive outlook. I currently run my kite school in the area but business is slow, so Im looking for other ways of been able expand my passion and love of kiting but also helping people at the same time. I will maintain regular updates on my profile as well as on my Rush Kitesurfing page. Please feel very free to help me to help our youngsters focus their goals and minds on more positive things. I will also help any people that need any hypnotherapy sessions to help treat their depression if thats what they want. With your support I also get to live my dream full time.
