Kindly need assistance.

I feel embarassed to get on a platform like this. So I'm currently homeless on the outskirts of Mombasa City. I'm originally from Nairobi and I work at luxury beach resort. Kenya has a rather volatile tourism industry especially in an election year, and coastal hotels get hit the worst.

As a result, my employer has reduced(more like cut) our end month salary by nearly half. I had resorted to cheaper housing but that too couldn't cover other obligations I have back at home. My parents need the support from both me and my older sister since they are both retired and are also trying to make ends meet on their part.

Furthermore, I would like to put the business of being employed and starting my own business someday. but all in due time. for now I owe rent of about $600 to my former landlord and for now staying in guest houses that charge at the very most $15 a night.

I get meals at the workplace so I can manage to starve till my next shift, but being a newbie to the Kenyan coast, there's always a cloud of uncertainity lurking.
