Hello lovely friends, I am Krishna R. Echano, currently living in Calamba City, Laguna Philippines. My brother was diagnosed of having CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE (CKD) which is now on STAGE 5 and was advised to undergo an immediate KIDNEY TRANSPLANT costing around PHP 1,200,000. My brother was a dedicated brother to our family and a loving father to his own family. He has a son who is in 5 years of age now. He was unfortunately had been forced to surrender his job since he was not already fit to work which in return was another obstacle for us to face. We are scarced of financial capabilities since he started his medication costing PHP 6,000/day for 2 months now. We are in dire need of your help for we also wanted to keep a life of a brother and father with us. Every family will do EVERYTHING for their family and we hope we could gather some help from other kind-hearted people like you. Any amount and DONATOR will eternally and highly be appreciate.
