Kim’s Dialysis Access Surgery

A solo parent to a 10 year old boy, I was diagnosed with End stage renal disease in 2013.
I started doing hemodialysis in March of this year, where the first access I used was a temporary catheter tunneled beneath the skin in the neck area. It was then moved to the chest after a few months of use. A more permanent access, a fistula, was attempted twice, but both were failed surgeries since my veins were too narrow for this type of access,

My current access is not just temporary but also prone to infection. I am in urgent need of surgery to do a graft fistula - where a synthetic tube will be implanted under the skin, connecting between the artery and the vein, providing needle placement access for dialysis.
