Campaign Story
So guys, this may come as a surprise to you because I KNOW you think I'm great and all, but I'm absolutely horrendous at writing so I'm just going to go ahead and wing it.
5 months ago I decided I'd take up the Kilimanjaro Challenge. For those of who have yet to be bombarded by my posts (I'M SORRY) - The Kilimanjaro Challenge is an expedition that has been running for the last 11 years, collecting money and raising funds for those who need it most. An array of different desperately needed projects have been funded thanks to the dedication of this extremely giving group.
This year we will be raising money to fund a centre and school for disabled children in Bonga - Ethiopia. The project is still underway and requires another 300,000 - 400,000 euros to see it completely through. We will be part of an ongoing mission and hope to raise as much as humanly possible to get this centre up and running, to give the children a place, and essentially a home, that they can feel safe in.
Every little bit helps. Anything and everything is that much more than these children currently have.
