Hi everyone, my name is Megan Wade and am currently a first year student at the University of the Witwatersrand studying Biokinetics. The Wits Student Surgical Society has given me the opportunity to climb Mount Kilimanjaro at the end of the year (December 2020) in honour of the Smile foundation. The project sees students fund themselves and raise money for the Smile foundation in order to provide reconstructive facial surgery to children in need (at no cost to them). Any donations received via this platform and other initiatives will go towards travel expenses and money towards the Smile foundation (which will be priority). The more money we make the more smiles we give to children in need. Thank you for taking the time to read this and helping this cause.
