My father is now 38 years old, we are three children in our family, I am the second child, my mom is a hands on housewife who also strives hard to sustain our living, because its only my father who is employed as a security officer in a hotel before, so we are just an average family where we are able to eat three times a day, go to school even just public ones, we can only buy our necessities because we don't have much for our wants, and my parents also try to help my grandma pay the bills at home to atleast not be a burden because we canโ€™t afford to have our own house.

Knowing us being dependent with the man we lean and look up to aside from God, a terrible day shook us when he got sick and it doesn't seem to be just a simple fever that can be cured with paracetamol, he kept vomiting, and he felt so weak we got so scared and everyone in our family is already melancholic, my mom felt like she broke her other wing because my dad can't go to work anymore. We were unconscious that my father was already high blood and it destroyed his kidney, and now he has Chronic Kidney Disease, my mom kept crying when she saw the hospital bills and so are we because we dont know where to get such amount of money, especially when we knew that his dialysis session will last for a lifetime till his last breath and he cant live his life normally like we do, and we would like to knock at your humble hearts to help my father have a kidney transplant because its the only way for him to survive this illness and extend is life with us, because we his children are still young and one of our aim is for our dear father to witness us succeed, grow and pay him back also for all his sacrifices and efforts for our family because of him too despite of his illness.

Right now he is on his medication and a small sari sari store at home is the only source of income our family has for my father to buy his medications and also for his dialysis session. I hope you can help us survive this melancholic experience in our family
