Kidney Transplant for Kirstie Mae

Hi good hearts! Please help my niece Kirstie May Soralvo to fund her kidney transplant hopefully will be scheduled this year and as early as now we are trying to raise a fund for her transplant.

She was diagnosed with kidney failure last 2018 October, now undergoing dialysis everyday and the only option to her is to have a kidney transplant. God's willing, help us good hearts.
