Gail was a cheerful young woman, she has high hopes and good future ahead of her. But in late 2015 her high hopes, cheerful personality and good future were ruined, my younger sister Gail was diagnosed with Acute Kidney Failure- both of her kidneys were severely damaged that is why she had to undergo dialysis. It has been two years now and the continuous dialysis is only a temporary solution to a bigger problem. Her doctor advised us since day 1 of her consultation that she must undergo kidney transplant to avoid further complications. Our family is not well-off and cannot afford the said transplant. Even if I work here in Singapore, I am the breadwinner of my family, I provide both my aging father and mother and Gail for their everyday needs, including Gail's medication / medical expenses and monthly bills. The said Kidney Transplant was very expensive and I don’t have much money to provide for her. I am knocking on your doors and asking for sympathy for my younger sister for her Kidney Operation. A penny is worth a dozen to us and we will be grateful forever in our heart.
Thank you for helping out. We are really needed help.
