Kidney Transplant and medication

Hi. This is my sister, Jamela R. Bautista. She is 24 years old and currently battling with her disease. She was diagnosed of Chronic Kidney Disease stage 5 on 2016 and she was obliged to stop her from going to school because of her health condition. She is now on her 3 years of dialysis. Ckd brought her to a lot of complications such as congestion, pneumonia, anemia and later on progressed to congestive heart failure (chf). It was believed that the prolongment of dialysis is the main reason why chf and ejection fraction rate summed to 39% only as per her 2d echo result. With this subsequent results, her body is starting to weaken. She is in and out of the hospital.

I am her guardian since my father's in the province and my mother has her own family. My father is a tricycle driver and he is not capable of handling all the medical expenses that my sister needs. My brother and I are helping together to sustain Jamela's medical needs (medications, monthly laboratories, dialysis pay, epo injections, hospital bills-er, confinement). We already seek help from ngo's (non-government organization) for medical assistance because we are financially exhausted but still not enough to meet her medical needs. As per her MD's advise, the only resort for Jamela to embrace normal life is to undergo Kidney transplant to futher eradicate the worsening of her condition. We already found a potential donor however we still need atleast 1.5 million pesos to comply with the clearance (she needs to undergo angiogram first and possible angioplasty before the transplant because of her heart condition), post op medications and hospitalization premises in order to undergo successful kidney transplant.

Jamela already suffered a lot and was not able to give her a normal young adult life she could have. Let us give her a chance to experience life, happiness, love, courage, success and spend fruitful years with our family. She is knocking your good hearts to somehow have a glimpse of her journey fighting for her life.
