Coach Jun 46 y.o is a former Soccer Coach and Trainor in Visayas and Mindanao. He had Type Ii Diabetis Mellitus since 25 y.o. and just recently diagnosed with End Stage Kidney Failure , with Pulmonary Congestion and Cardiomegally. He is currently under Dialysis Treatment 2x a week and is Recommended for Kidney Transplant. We need your help, we do not have health insurance except for the PCSO and PWD assistance and benefit. We got kids sent to school and currently jobless due to health condition.
