Kidney Transplant, A second chance

My name is Shermaine Atkinson my son Garvin is the eldest of my two children. Garvin, now 20 was diagnosed in 2017 with nephritic syndrome. this is where his blood pressure would elevate and proteins are accumulating in his kidneys. When is was caught the biopsy showed that 50% of his kidneys were already damaged. He was put on some medication which he had allergic reactions to and resulted in his condition worsening. He now need dialysis twice per week at a cost of JMD$125,000 a month. I was advised by his doctor that Garvin will have to get a Kidney transplant done in America at a cost of USD11,000. With the mounting costs of dialysis and irreversible state of his kidneys I fear the worst when I can no longer afford the treatment by any means and as a mother that is something I simply cannot survive. I know kindness still exists in the world riddled daily with news of darkness and death. I am eternally grateful for any assistance that can be rendered.
