X a Im a single mom with 4 kids. Last May 2021 i was diagnosed with stage 5 chronic kidney disease and had to undergo dialysis session 3x a week. Since last december i stopped working because of my health condition. Im knocking on your kind hearts for my kidney transplant so i can go back to my normal life.
