I am JEFF DANIEL GODIN,30 years of age from Davao City,Philippines. I am a member of Persons with Disability, specifically I am a hemodialysis patient. Last february 2020, I was diagnose with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 I was under medication for 6 months but unfortunately my nephrologist decided that I need to have the treatment as soon as possible. I am on my 1st year of having this treatment already,now I'd like to ask some help for my complete healing my family and I were planning to undergo Kidney Transplant by next year. We know that having this surgery would cost us a lot of money that is why I am seeking an assistance/help from you guys for us to perform this. My father works as a carpenter and we cannot afford this alone. God will bless a cheerful giver and I believe that He will bless you a thousand folds.
