I'm May B. Dizon a mother that suffering 8 years from Hemodialysis.I just want to ask for your help for me to gain funds for the procedures and medical expenses for my kidney transplant.I just want to get back my health and back to my normal life,since then when I'm being diagnose that my kidneys failed and I need to undergo a emergency dialysis my life suddenly ruined and everything started to changed.I lost everything my health, my family and even my self and everyday I feel so devastating.This time I'm asking for your help for my kidney transplant,because it's hard for me a single mom to produce that amount of money.I hope and I pray anyone of you who wants to help me God will bless you.
