Im Miralyn padillon, 27 of age with 4 lovable kids. I was diagnosed with STAGE5 CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE(CKD) and still undergo with hemodialysis treatment @ ST.MICHAEL MEDICAL CENTER in bacoor cavite. I am scheduled twice a week, That’s why I am asking now for small amount hoping I could raise additional funds for my future KIDNEY TRANSPLANT this coming year (2019).
