i am Jhoan Lim Gatchalian. 24 years old i have 3kids

i was diognosed end renal chronic kidney disease. im undergoing hemodialysis 2x a week. i want to ask a help of each any one of you for my kidney transplant. i want to be normal like you and i want to live with my kids. any amount will be okay.
