Campaign Story
Dear all
I am writing this letter with great hope that it will touch the heart and soul of the reader. Anita Juru (7years old) is a daughter to the Bishop of my Church, She has been suffering from kidney failure for most of her life. In February 2018, she was admitted in hospital and the Doctors confirmed that both her kidneys are completely damaged and she needs a kidney transplant urgently.
She is currently surviving through dialysis and her body is not responding well to it and her health gets worse every time she dialyse. Fortunately for Anita, her elder sister is a perfect match and she is willing to donate a kidney to save Anita’s life. The major challenge is that both her parents do not belong to a medical scheme and therefore cannot afford to pay for the transplant.
I therefore, humbly request any individual or organisation that has been touched by Anita’s sad story to assist by contributing financial help towards paying for a transplant procedure.
Her condition is getting worse day by day and the only hope that we have is assistance from donors. The estimated cost for the transplant is R354 900.00. We are hoping to raise this amount as soon as we can as Anita’s health is quickly deteriorating.
