My sister Kathleen Janelle Africa, 27 years old was born prematurely. She grew up quite thinner and smaller for her age but that really didn't bother us as she is always this strong person, thouhtful and always have this positive mentality.

December of 2018, just when about she took her Physical Exam, the doctors thought that something is unusual with her and later on found out and diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease and needed Kidney Transplant ASAP.

We also went for 3rd and 4th opinion but results are the same until doctors told her to stop working as it may not be good for her to get stressed.

We are pleading for your prayers and support in helping my sister to find a donor and help fund her kidney transplant through this campaign.
