Campaign Story
Hi! I'm jemark a close friend of Carlo Jay Mallorca 21 years old, from a far village of Matalam North Cotabato, which is now having a serious kidney problem. I'm writing this campaign to help him raise money for his medication needs and financial assistance. The hospital decided to discharge him because of they cannot do anything for him. The doctor said that he needs an emergency dialysis but the problem is that, both his parents and brothers dont have enough money to do the procedures. They need much money for the test. That's why we as his friends are now thinking of any solution we can find just to help him survive. With the help of your donations, maybe or probably he can.. We are now asking in your kind heart to please help him, and help him achieve his dream to become a soldier. Currently he is now, suffering from the pain which led him to stop working as CAFGU. No medication intake because his kidneys cannot filter waste. God bless to the people who will help him.
