Kidney disease

Hi my name is jayden im 15 and im writing to tell you about my very sick father, my father is a very sick man he has kidney failure (8 years this year) he has to be on a machine everynight for him to live, he recently been told he has had heart failure for 4 years which he has had 3 open heart surgery which had been very scary for a family of 12, our family has stuck together over the past 8 years it has happen it has been a long journey and i hope my father lives for more years to come. But i wanted to ask that you can share this story around the place. Our family would like $20,000 to send me dad to America for 2 brand new kidneys so he get off the machine. Thanks
