KG Remodel & Design is a company created and operated by Kellan and Kilie Garrett, a married couple, working in construction and home improvement, for over 30 years combined. The goal of KG R&D is hands on, unique and tailored to each customers vision and design. KG R&D is a family-centered business focused on nothing but the utmost care, quality of service, craftsmanship and design for its clients. Pushing the boundaries of design and creativity in an inspiring living space, that can be reflected on as a proud investment for years to come. Leading our clients on the journey to a blissful living space is our purpose, and mission.

KG R&D, through networking and the home improvement industry, has been the spearhead of design trends and innovation. KG R&D takes passion in the personal connection with clients and their designs, in order to fulfill their true vision. By working with fellow designers, tradesman, and staying ahead of the curve, we offer inspiring renovation and commitment to nothing but you and your dream space.

In our startup, we will focus on digestible projects for our inspired client and will help them transform their space to better fit their every day needs, wants and desires, with focused attention to even the most minute of details.

At KG R&D, we focus on projects that are practical, stylish and most of all, affordable. While also offering small “repair and refresh” services, our main focus is creating a space that the client can be passionate about, while also being confident in their investment, looking forward to future projects and creating an enjoyable space to share with family and friends.

As our company grows, so do our ambitions of taking on more involved, complex and challenging projects. In our startup phase, we intend on creating long-lasting relationships with our clients and those who are invested in our craft.
