KEN’S FRAIL CARE FUND

My father, once a proud, dedicated, ambitious and caring man with an impressive career, is at risk of being evicted from the Frail Care Centre where he has been resident for the past year.

I am beside myself and don’t know where else to turn but to the goodwill of a loving God and the benevolence of an infinite Universe.

My father was a big man, a proud man, a financially secure man who always put his family first, no matter what. He cared for me, my brother and my sister through their childhood, schooling, adulthood and even on into our marriages and our families. And stood by, albeit with the personslity of a walrus at times, never putting himself first. Now he sits in a frail care centre, confined to a wheelchair with an amputated leg. He fights to smile but reminiscent eyes reflect his pain and fear. And there is nothing he or I can do about it.

My father needs my help. I alone have carried his load along with the desperate chaos which has been my life for the past two years. But I no longer have resources, miracles or bright ideas left to resolve this horrific nightmare and provide peace and stability for my father’s final journey. And that is why I turn to you - my Empath-tribe - to please help feed the light-spirit of humanity, and help nurture what’s good and right.

My dad, Ken, led a good life, however life has not played him fair. There is nothing more I can do on my own, and that is why I turn to you: to help give peace and security to an honourable old man. I thank you.
