Hi, my name is kelly im 22 years old and in a loving stable relationship of 8 years with my partner Jake 25 years of age. We have been trying naturally for a baby for the past 5 years. After unsuccessfully being able to conceive naturally we seeked medical advice to try to find the foot cause and to see if there was any underlining problems with either of us. After a number of tests and many months of waiting for hospital appointments, we were told that I had PCOS and my partner had low sperm count. I was advised by the hospital to undergo a laparscopy to remove any cysts that were found and also to flush dye through my fallopian tubes to make sure there was no blockage, This is when it was found that I also had endometriosis which the surgeons lasered away as much as they could get to without causing any other problems. I was then placed on a fertility drug called Clomid, When I fell pregnant 6months after starting the Clomid we both thought everything was going to be ok but sadly the pregnancy ended in miscarriage around the 8 week stage. After many discussions with my consultant it was decided that the best way forward would be to take the IVF path of treatment. Due to my age the NHS wouldnt fund the treatment for us so it would have to be self funded. We then contacted a private clinic to arrange a consultation where it was decided that the best way forward would be to go for the ICSI (Intra-Cytoplasmic-Sperm-Injection) / IVF treatment.Once we had a treatment plan drawn up we were then able to go ahead with the next stage of the treatment cycle. After weeks of injections, scans, bloodtests it was then time to go for egg collection and then embryo transfer which then led us onto the Two Week Wait. Approaching the OTD (Official Test Date) I began to bleed and once it was confirmed that it was a Negative result we were devastated to learn the treatment this cycle had Failed. We would love the chance to try another cycle but as you know with self funding treatment there is the big costs to cover this is why we need your help.We would be eternally greatful to anyone who helps us by donating any spare cash/pennies to help us make our dream of having our own little family come true.Thank You For Taking The Time To Read Our Road To Having A Baby So Far...Kelly And Jake xxx
