Keeping family together

My name is Erica. I am fighting an ugly battle with my daughter's father. She is three months old. We have been to court to establish paternity and child support. The judge advised me to get an attorney.

I am asking for help because I am unemployed at the time. I was a waitress and worked up until the day before I had her. I was promised I would still have my job once I was released from the Dr. Sadly when that day came I was told I took too much time off so my job was given to someone else. I was off for six weeks because of a C section.

I want everyone who reads this to know I am not unfit. My child has everything she needs plus some. A house, food, clothing, etc. I am asking for help so she doesn't lose the one thing she does need. Her mother!
