Campaign Story
My husband and I have been together for 3 years and married for 1 of those. He is currently here on a student visa but this expires in September.
Unfortunately there is a minimum income requirement for him to be allowed to stay here as my husband which I do not meet.
Because of this we are having to take a different route, but it is far more expensive. My husband works the maximum number of hours that he is allowed to on his current visa (20 hours a week) but we cannot save the ridiculous amount required just to process the application.
I cannot go and live with him in his country if he is sent home as it is marked as not safe to travel to by the UK government. We just want to continue our lives together but this may not be possible without these funds.
