Keep my brother retain his life

My brother Gee is in critical situation where chances are limited, depends on his ability to continue breathing.

Gee catch a Pneumonia which triggers to weaken his already compromised heart. His current ECG shows that his heart is just 52% functioning and he is currently breathing by the help of commercial oxygen.

What is known to us since we were a Kid, that my brother is suffering from a congenital heart decease as they have discovered a "hole" in his heart, but on his latest consultation, it found out not only one but three.

One of those holes are already ripped and he was only being survived by the other two functioning holes but already in the midst of collapsing too.

He needs to undergo a sensitive surgery - probably an open heart operation.

Expenses remain unknown and the entire family is trying to collect and accumulate enough money just to let Gee go on lots of laboratory test .
