Keep Martha above water

I am Martha. I have two jobs and work at least 48 hours a week. I am a nanny full time and a grocery store cashier part time. I can hardly make ends meet. I just need enough to get a little bit ahead on my bills. My nanny bosses gave me the week off for Thanksgiving and I will get a week off for Christmas. Sounds good, but don't get paid for it. I can only work part time at the grocery store as it is very hard on me, physically and I can't work more than a 4 hour shift due to medical issues. 

I have Multiple Sclerosis. I am mainly symptom free but when I work to hard physically they come up with a vengence. 

I have a cat who has cost me over $1000 this year. He was diagnosed with Diabetes and his vet bills, special food and insulin is expensive. Please don't tell me to just get rid of the cat. He was adopted when I was still married and more financially secure. I am obligated to keep him healthy. 

I just want to be able to take care of the debt I have incured from 2 (closer to 3) weeks of no pay and also my cat's vet bills. Once I get ahead I can take care of myself.
