Campaign Story
Kerry will be 21 this month. He has Down Syndrome and Diabetes Type 1 but this has never stopped him from being the life and soul of the party. This time last year Kerry was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He has had a difficult year of gruelling treatment, despite this he has kept smiling and has entertained the nurses. Kerry is now in remission but has a further 16 months maintenance chemotherapy to stop it coming back. We want to put some fun back into Kerry's life and give him the chance to have some exciting adventures.
Kerry means so much to all of us. Kieran will be doing some fund raising for his best friend as will other friends and parents in our social, football and dance groups, to name but a few. The fundraising is ongoing.
