Keep Baby Diana Alive

Hi, my name is Michelle Walters. 4 months ago my husband Timothy and I welcomed our beautiful baby girl Diana Lynn Walters into the world. It was the happiest day of our lives. After birth Diana was having some complications and was taken to the ICU. Shortly after, our lives took a complete turn when the doctor diagnosed our baby with a very serious heart condition, Truncus Arteriosus. He explained to us that Diana's heart is not pumping enough blood around her body which is causing a lack of oxygen rich blood in some of her cells. Diana's condition is extremely dangerous and usually results in death within the first year of life if it goes untreated. The news was devastating but at that moment Tim and I knew we were going to do whatever it takes to keep our daughter alive. Surgery is the only way to treat the condition. We are in a very tough situation with our newborn baby's life depending on us and a surgery that cost $106,000. We are doing everything we can to raise the money so we can get to Cleveland and have this surgey done as soon as possible.
