Kd smart wheelchair

hi guys my name is elena and im 20 years old i have sma level3 im in a wheelchair im from a country named moldova and its a poor country that doesnt have any accessibility for people in wheelchair I had and electric one but it broke and that was the only thing that I had that i can go outside or pe independent now that the chair it doesn't work I can't do anything my arms are to weak to pus an regular wheelchair so can you please help me get a new one it would mean a lot to me!!
