Katy’s Fish and Chicken

I want to open a soul food carry-out restaurant in my hometown, York, Pennsylvania. Inspired by similar eateries in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I want my restaurant to become a staple in the community; somewhere people can come for great food at a great price, and experience a different atmosphere than is offered at other places in town. I want to bring the feel of Philadelphia style eating to York. People should get involved because the fish fry is only the starting point, and everything I want to do is to help our community thrive and our youth. I also want to throw block parties and sporting tournaments and events to encourage our youth to engage in more positive activities. I'm currently unemployed and am trying to start my own business venture, but am lacking the funding needed to get started. I do not need a lot of money in order to get started, I just need something to help get the ball rolling.
