Kathryn Fe Go-Dumar, also known to family and friends as "Kathy", was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE). As we all know, Lupus has no cure as of yet but she is taking medications to control or keep the symptoms at bay. Last year, She underwent dialysis for some time as the lupus has affected her kidney. Her kidney responded well to dialysis. So Her doctor advised that dialysis is no longer needed. Family and friends thought that it's a start to better days for Kathy but a recent CT Scan has revealed that she has an infection on her brain. An immediate action to drain the fluid in her brain is needed.
The said procedure and ongoing medications are expensive and has exhausted all of Kathy and Hans' (her husband) savings. Thus, I am asking for your help financially on their behalf.
Kathy is a dentist by profession. She has a kind and compassionate heart and has been volunteering in Operation Smile for years to help the less fortunate to get the much needed dental care and surgery. This is her way to give back to society.
I ask that we continue to pray for God's mercy and intercession upon Kathy to give her strength, perseverance and faith to fight. So she can continue to live a full life
Your donation will go towards the costs of Kathy's current and future medical needs. The surgery costs was 600,000 but that doesn't include her hospital stay, medications and other medical needs.
Please donate and share this with your family and friends. Thank you for all your help and prayers!
