With the current situation of COVID-19 pandemic, cancer patients who are in the middle of their journey feel left out and are more vulnerable and immunocompromised than ever.
The three-month lockdown and heightened measures to prevent the spread of corona has also prevented breast cancer patients from going to their consultations and treatments.
Most of our beneficiaries come from the lower economic bracket of society. They are dependent on charitable institutions and LGU offices for support to continue their treatments.
When the lockdown of Luzon and other major parts of the country got enforced, our beneficiaries were unable to go for their regular consultations because public transportation stopped. The lockdown also caused the loss of jobs and income opportunities for the beneficiaries. This where we step in as their ally.
In the middle of the quarantine, we made sure that patients continued taking their much-needed medicines. We have exhausted means to procure and deliver their medication at home.
But they need more. At the moment, we need to provide the following medicines:
- Tamoxifen
- Letrozole
- Anastrozole
- Zolendronic acid
- Capecitabine
These are much-needed medicines that patients need in their surveillance phase. Once a patient finishes her chemo and radiation treatments, she will need to take any of the conventional medications mentioned daily for up to 5 years to increase her chances of survival.
We have 500 beneficiaries under our care.
Please help our Kasuso patients by providing them their much-needed maintenance medicine and treatments.
For every donation, you will help provide maintenance medicine for a patient.
For every donation, you will help lessen the burden they are going through.
For every donation, you will give them hope to carry on.

Hello po this is Papa bear, a monetized small youtube channel, and we aim to give all proceeds of our channel to charity, and kasuso foundation is first on our list. Our youtube channel gets revenue from our views and superchatters, and we are delighted to get our first payout with a total amount of £69.05 (around 4k+ in peso) and we gave the full amount to kasuso foundation. Its not the biggest amount but we believe every little help!
