Kasosio: A social network website that will help small businesses

FUNDRAISING GOAL:

We are hoping to raise $10,000 or ₱500,000 for the duration of this crowdfunding campaign.

The money raised from this campaign will be used to fund our social media website (Hosting, Registrations, Maintenance, Developer fees)

In case the campaign raises more money than our initial goal, we will also start working on an app for easier access to all.

All donors who donated, no matter how much will have a space in our virtual gratitude wall for every user to see those who helped the cause.


BACKGROUND:
Kasosio was first conceptualized during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This was the time where establishments had to close down for a while.

However, it was also during this time that many start-ups and small businesses emerged. Since many industries are non-operational during this time, many people resort to online selling and small time business affairs to provide for their basic needs. Proving once and for all that humans are indeed resilient.

We want to continue this trend, where people are not afraid to start a business or to sideline by making it easier for them.

This is when we conceptualized Kasosio, a social Networking website where businesses can connect with each other.

Who can register and use Kasosio?

Absolutely anyone can create a standard account in Kasosio and it is ABSOLUTELY FREE but in order to upgrade a Standard account to a Business account, the user must first verify his/her account by submitting the necessary documents or “proof” that they do indeed own or work for the business that they will register.
