Karoo Cats (Cat Conservation Trust)

The Cat Conservation Trust is a non profit trust which works with the smaller wild cat species in Southern Africa. These are the black-footed cat, african wild cat, serval and caracal. We have these species in captivity, several of which are rescue cats which cannot be released and have become part of our breeding programme. Offspring are mother raised and mostly released in the wild. Although we conduct tours of the cat enclosures at feeding times only (under normal circumstances), here is no direct interaction between the cats and the public.

We desperately need help to replace the meat working counter and the microwave to warm the wild cat food. This all in addition to feeding the wild cats.
