Campaign Story
In April 2019 my 26 year old niece and her 13 month old son were both diagnosed with Myotonic Distrophy.
They have to see various types of doctors varying from weekly to monthly, and medical aid covers only a fraction of the cost. Their doctor visits all from physio to Neurologists, the next being on the 25th September where now 18 month old Marno has to have a pipe down his throat, and lung tests.
I would like to see these members of my family concentrate on being happy, and not having to worry about where the money to pay doctors will come from!
I really appreciate everyone that takes the time to read my request, which means a lot to me.
