Karam is an innocent 10 year old child who dreams of claiming his basic rights... going to school, having a play date with a friend, running up a staircase, kicking a football or maybe jumping on a trampoline! Unfortunately Karam struggles to move, can't attend school because he got bullied alot and he couldn't handle it... Karam has been diagnosed with Duchene Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). He is on cortisone which is not a cure!

There is a cure! but it's beyond what his family can afford! We are talking $600000 a year for Karam's weight!

Yanal which is Karam's brother he is 6 years old was diagnosed with the same disease, he is still walking but he is always complaining that he can't do what his peers do like jumping, climbing, and he feels tired and exhausted so fast, and always asking his mom why I am very weak, while he doesn't know why!

Yanal needs $400000 a year for his weight!

Duchenne muscular dystrophy(DMD) is a genetic disorder characterized by progressive muscle degeneration and weakness. ... DMD is caused by an absence of dystrophin, a protein that helps keep muscle cells intact. Symptom onset is in early childhood, usually between ages 3 and 5.

The gene that is responsible for Karam and Yanal's situation is "gene No.22" They discovered a medication called Ataluren (Translarna) that will keep Karam and Yanal's situation under control..

Unfortunately Karam and Yanal will die if they doesn't have a medication, and their mom and dad are devastated
