KANLUNGAN NG DITEKI

DITEKI ALTA COMMUNITY GARDEN

Help provide FOOD SECURITY for the Alta Community by donating to help them gather resources to develop a communal garden.

PROCEEDS will be initially used to purchase seeds/seedlings for edibles, a selected cash crop (which can be intercropped with the edibles) and communal farming equipments which can be used by anyone from the tribe and everyone else in their adopted community living in their ancestral domains.

We hope to raise enough funds to allow a sufficient starting yield to provide for the elderly, PWDs, pregnant women and the unemployed.

A SEED BANK or a nursery is also in prospect for the sustainability of the project so it can eventually expand to provide for the rest of the community as well. The seed bank can also serve as a back-up in case any calamities hit the area of development.
