Kaitlyn’s Volunteer Trip

Hello!

In early May 2018 I will be graduating from my dietetic internship/ grad program through Messiah College. Before jumping into a career as a Registered Dietitian in the US I will be traveling abroad and volunteering as a dietitian alongside other health professionals.

I will be going to Fiji, a country where increasing rates of obesity and diabetes are placing huge social, economical, and emotional impacts on the Fijian society. While there I will be assisting with nutrition outreach on the local islands, in village schools, and throughout the community. I will also be doing health assessments and providing nutrition education.

I am asking for your thoughts and prayers as I travel and serve the Fijian communities. As this is solely a volunteer trip I am responsible for all expenses. If you and willing and able, I am humbly asking you to join me through your financial support.
