Campaign Story
I am Juvelyn Permacio, diagnosed with Cervical Cancer Stage 3c with Lung, Bone(spine, pelvic bone, rib, left temporal bone) and Nodal Metastases and at the same time, I was also diagnosed with Deep Vein Thrombosis. Raising funds to sustain my on going medical treatments such as Injection of Clexane twice a day (which is really expensive to sustain) Radiation Theraphy and high dosage of Chemotheraphy and i'm on Palliative Care. I am a single mom with 3 kids.
