For those who don't know me, I'm Julianny, and I live in Brazil. I've been through this crowdfunding because I would like to ask for your help!
In October 2014 joined the Students for Liberty, as a local coordinator, having started my work for in the organization at my hometown Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais (a small city near Rio de Janeiro). The organization has always offered courses and seminars paid by their sponsors so I had the opportunity to increase my knowledge over these two years and develop my skills as a leadership.
However, my main goal is to expand this knowledge and among so many opportunities, I've applied to the SPN Annual Meeting, one of the internships from FEE and to the Boston Mises Circle. Also, I was invited to attend the Brazil Forum, which is extremely related to my professional field.
All events will be held in the United States, and are related with the liberty cause. The Brazil Forum, specifically, is very important to me, as I think I could learn a lot from the debate and bring to Brazil new projects and ideas that the country definitely needs, especially when it comes to freedom.
Unfortunately, the cost to travel to another country, even for a few days, is high. Visa, passport, flight tickets, accomodation, etc... My mother helped me as much as she could, but as some of you may know, she had breast cancer, she's not working, so we are spending our money mostly with her pain killers. Anyway, I was going to ask only for 160$, the price of the visa application fee, but the website didn't allow an amount lower than 300$. So this money is to cover exclusively the visa and half of the price of the flight tickets.
So if you, like me, believe that the economic and civil freedom can make, not only Brazil but also the US, a more prosperous country, please, help me! Any ANY value will help A LOT. 5$, 10$, 15$... It will be a step closer to my dream and to learn and network with all of you will be a tremendous opportunity!
I thank all of you who are sharing, donating and well, helping me in every way!
Love you <3
