I like the play video games. My diagnosis are Diabetes insipidus and Bardet-Biedl syndrome and thyroid disease and Gastroesophageal reflux disease and server constipation and cerebral palsy, The reason why I am staying at Swann special care center is because it is a twenty four hour nursing facility and for my diagnosis. I am in a wheelchair. I need to stay in a twenty four hour nursing facility closer to my mom.
