Justice & Support for Chris

The fund is started to help Chris and his loved ones with the legal fee's associated with appealing a case. Chris was falsely accused of robbery because he fit the vague description of a male with a black sweatshirt. Additionally, the alleged victim was never questioned, or provided a statement, or testified at court. Moreover, Chris was handcuffed when the two "eye witnesses" completed the show-up identification. Chris was a number of blocks away from the scene of the robbery, casually walking to his mother's house.
Multiple objections were presented by the defense attorney, at no avail.
In addition to the lack of proof (DNA or fingerprints), no alleged victim statement or testimony, as well as any items recovered, the show-up identification is inherently suggestive.

Chris has been completing time for a crime he did not commit and has been away from his loved ones and children.
