Campaign Story
My name is Camillia, and those who know me well understand how hard it is for me ask for help, especially financial help. But I find myself in desperate need of funds to employ the services of a family law specialist to obtain a passport for my 8 year old son, and permission to take him to visit Billings, Montana, in the USA. We currently live in a small town in rural Victoria, Australia. I need to be in Billings this year, as I am named, along with a sibling, as a plaintiff in a class action lawsuit against a prominent religious organisation for retrospective childhood abuses. The abuse I suffered as a child through this organisation has affected my life in so many ways, that I have struggled to understand and overcome. To be able to stand up and tell my story in evidence will give me an invaluable measure of peace and justice, and ultimately, closure.
Although attending the class action is the driving force behind my need to get back to the US this year, I have an equally important desire to reunite with my family, whom I've been away from for 30 years, and to meet my "new" brother, Randy, whom we only discovered was our sibling in 2019. I want my son and daughter to know their mother's family and heritage. The isolation brought about by the pandemic has highlighted how important the support of a loving family truly is, and without the aid of a family law specialist, I will be unable to travel.
I fully intend, in time, to repay every donation given.

Andrew Rice has been asked to tell lies about Camilla by the father of her young son, who has not turned up at the drop off point to pick up his son for many months, despite Camellia driving there for each court appointed visitation. I have known Cami for 20 years, and she is probably the most open, honest and loving person I’ve ever met. The comment from Andrew Rice is pure slander.

This woman is not being honest here, truth be known she does not need funding for lawyers to get her son a passport, she has not even raised this with the boys father who live here in Australia and has court orders in place for the boy to spend time with him as he should. This woman won’t adhere to the court orders and refuses too. This woman has never raised the possibility of getting a passport for there son with the the boys father as she knows he would say no due to the mothers poor behavior in relation to complying with and allowing the boy to see his father. Please be very careful when considering funding this woman, knowing what I know about her, I would question anything she has told the courts in the USA to be true full and honest.

Thank you to those compelled to defend me and the truth, but there is no need to play into the Rice character’s claims nor give is time. This is typical behaviour of the fathers’ current intimate partners. They attack, make false claims without proof, based only on hearsay and then befriend me and apologies to me after the fact. One must wonder why another has an incessant need to stalk and metaphorically defecate in others spaces, its bizarre behaviour and discloses much about those making false claims. Intimidation by fear is the only modus operandi available, when truth is standing. Failure to provide facts under the maxim “actori incumbit onus probandi”, reflects significantly on the unknown character Rice and those he associates with and speaks on behalf of. It is the readers right to demand proof of these claims and I encourage anyone reading to do so. Thus far all those who have contributed are lifetime friends who are aware of my circumstances and life story. I love and thank you all for your support. Ho’oponopono

I remember how "trapped" I felt... long ago I found myself in a bit of a similar situation to yourself sweet lady. I send you wave upon wave of loving and supportive energy! I hope to see you get your family home to the US... BELIEVE it that when you do, there are some long overdue Heart 2 Heart Hugs that HAVE to happen!
