UPDATE

June 22nd is a major step forward in the progress to justice. Our QC is ready, and positive. I will be in the 'dock' and have to both speak and be cross-questioned.

There has been a continuing campaign against me personally which is very painful.

I have been informed of the major(+) case which will be on 10-11 January 2022.

As ever, David (me) is pitted against Goliath (Diocese of London, and Church of England) who has all the resources, and I am left to appeal to friends for financial support: much is needed!

Your support and generous contributions will assist not only me but thousands of Priests/Vicars who are being badly treated as well, both now and in the future.

Thank you and God bless.

Fr Paul

ONE MONTH TO MAIN CASE

Update posted by Paul Stewart Williamson at 02:10 pm

Many friends have been marvellous and generous. The original Target of £50,000 is still needed. The Eviction challenge cost £10,000, and the likely Main Case starting 13th January 2021 will be at least £15,000. There are other costs along the way. The Oxford professor won his Case for Age Discrimination, and. . . . .

Into Battle for Justice soon

Update posted by Paul Stewart Williamson at 01:56 pm

The pandemic has moved legal procedures months into the future several times. There have been false starts that engendered more costs, and the diocese of London tries time and again to rile me and irritate and cast aspertions upon me in the hope that I will go away. They have. . . . .
