Justice for Tyrone Charles Lessing

My name is Scarlett O'Connell , as I write to you I write with a very heavy heart, in the early hours of the 24th of August 2019 my son Tyrone Lessing had a very bad car accident on the corner of Ruby Rd and JG Strijdom roads in Mayberry Park, my son's car landed in the ditch right next to an open water or sewerage drain, my son's car was there but he was nowhere to be seen and was missing for 14 days, myself and a lot of people helped search for my son Tyrone, on day 14 my son Tyrone Lessing's body was found in that drain, his body was so badly decomposed that we couldn't identify him by his face but only by his tattoos on his arms due to the toxic nature of the water, he had no hair on his head, he had no eyes in his head, his ears were gone, his facial hair was gone, if that drain was closed I would have found my son straight away at the scene of the accident and possibly saved Tyrone, there are lights on that road but they don't work, there is no warning signage on that road, there is no speed bumps on that road and there is no barriers on that sharp bend, that road is known as death bend, the area around that drain is shocking with dirt and rubble in that drain and above the drain.

Due to the severity of the the circumstances and the negligence due to the council and the Police not wanting to get divers to go search the drain which is negligence on both parties, I am raising funds for legal costs.
