Justice or Injustice: Law abiding citizens, you help to decide.

Hello My name is Williams and I am currently wrongfully incarcerated for brief description of my case (below), I've been denied or exhausted of all my appeals and misrepresented by all the public defenders! I'm a 29 year old father of 2 beautiful daugthers, one I missed the birth of due to this case, I am truely innocent and thought that helping wouldn't result in 5 years being stolen away from me for helping an officers!

A Georgia state patrol corporal, whose home was burglarized while on vacation, turns to a convicted felon for assistance in retrieving her stolen badge, service pistol, and jewelry from the suspect whom committed the burglary.  After a scuffle over the service pistol between the suspect and the convicted felon, the items that were stolen from the officer’s residence were recovered and the suspect was apprehended.  The convicted felon, whom rendered assistance to the officer in the recovery of the items stolen from her residence, most importantly, the badge and service weapon that is needed in the performance of her official duties as a law enforcement officer, was charged months later, convicted, and sentenced harshly for the offense of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

The clearly outlandish conviction, in completed disregard to the mitigating facts of the case, stemmed from the identity of the convicted felon when the scuffle with the suspect over the officer’s service weapon was brought to the attention of investigating officers.  The officer, whom was the victim in the case, testified at the trial, that the convicted felon’s involvement was only due to her instructions after she requested the convicted felons help in the recovery of the stolen items from her home.

She apologized for the inconvenience her decision has brought and assured there was no criminal intent in the convicted felon’s involvement buy to no avail the felon was senteced to mandatory 5 years all for help a family member! Any donation is greatly appreaciated in and advanced!
