Justice for Rick

Hello Everyone and thank you for looking at our page. Our family has a very serious situation and we find ourselves in dire need of your help with donations for my husbands legal defense. Rick is a good man, great father and puts family above all. He is a man that has never been incarcerated or in trouble with the law. My husbandwas wrongly convicted of a crime and is looking at a 12 year sentence. We were represented by a public defender and we do understand their case load is very heavy, however when your freedom is lost you realize you need someone that is able to devote more time to your case. The witnesses for his defense were not allowed to testify, not even me ( I wasn't even allowed in the courtroom), still have a difficult time understanding the ruling on that. We know he is innocent and have the evidence to prove this but we need to be reheard and have an attorney that is able to dedicate the time necessary for his case. My husband was the major source of income and I have been looking for a job and will continue to do so however, my income will barely cover living expenses, there won't be any money for legal fees. My daughter and I are on our own and it is very scary. With all this said I am asking for any donations to help with legal expenses. Please help us achieve justice for my husband Rick.
